Giving the message which Espinosa should transmit to the Indians of the Province Rio de San Juan, Peru, of which he is Governor, to inform them they are subjects of Spain by virtue of the Bull of Alexander VI (1493). Summarizing the orders issued to the Indians of Peru through Gaspar de Espinosa. Signed by F. de Los Cobos (Covos) y Molina, Secretary of Charles V.
